Refund Policy


We automatically issue a full refund when you cancel a subscription within the subscription’s first 10 days. Otherwise, your website is set to auto-renew, and we follow these refund policies:

We don't offer refunds after 10 days following the first payment.

We don't offer refunds for renewal payments.

Fifteen days before a subscription renews, we'll send an email letting you know you're scheduled for a payment. If you don’t want your site to renew automatically, you can disable auto-renew.

If your account got suspended or terminated due to violation of our terms of service, the refund will not be applicable in that case. We reserved the right to suspend/terminate an account which is found violating our terms of service.


Delivery Policy


Once your order & payment have been received, within 48 hours your account will be activated and you will be immediately informed by email about your login details.
